The Harrisburg Uptown Building & Veterans Housing
The HUB will expand opportunities for ex-offenders to be successful, enhance public safety, generate additional property-tax income for the City of Harrisburg and ultimately reduce recidivism. The HUB VH is home to a 20 room facility, right next door, that houses veterans who are trying to get back on their feet. It is an initiative, comprised of successful organizations, which will start in Harrisburg but can be replicated throughout the state, and, subsequently, throughout the nation.

Construction Training Intake Form
All potential trainees interested in participating in a TLC Work Based Training program must complete a Construction Training Intake Form. The form can be downloaded below. Please download the form fully complete it. Once complete, it can be emailed to mail@upthub.com, or mailed or hand-delivered to the HUB at 1821 Fulton Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.
