TLC Work-Based Training Program, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, that provides training and workforce development services to hard-to-place individuals. TLC Work-Based Training Program designs its programs to have an “apprenticeship” effect, in that participants will devote time to learning skills on the job and in a classroom setting, under the direction and guidance of highly skilled individuals, and certified individuals as required, in a classroom setting.
